Visit of Narayan Vidyapeeth, Mandaura, Meerut to the educational and historical city of Hastinapur."
Children and teachers of Narayan Vidyapeeth, Mandaura Meerut visited the historical city of Hastinapur on 5th November. On this educational tour, the children not only enjoyed the environment outside the school but also saw the natural beauty of a historical place like Hastinapur. Visited the fort of Pandavas in Hastinapur which today is just a mound. In Hastinapur, due to the research being conducted by the Archeology Department of the Government, we could not see the entire mound till the top, but after seeing it as far as possible, the children lost in the memories of history asked a lot of questions. The teachers satisfied the children's hunger for knowledge by giving as many answers as possible.
The children were overwhelmed to see the wall of the ancient fort of the Pandavas. The students inspected the ancient well adjacent to the fort and got lost in the Mahabharata period by asking small questions about its ancient history. It was an unforgettable moment. It would be no exaggeration to call it an important milestone in the lives of children and a kind of introduction to their ancient history.
Seeing their students acquiring knowledge, the teachers almost got lost in the pages of the history of Hastinapur, Mahabharata and ancient India. Even after coming back to school, the children kept those memories fresh for two days. The children who could not go on the Hastinapur tour are waiting for the next historical and educational tour. This tour was like a journey through an era. Among the teachers, Major Narayan Singh, Kumari Sweety Gautam, Aanchal Gautam, Jens Gautam and Pinky completed this tour successfully. Among the administrative staff of the school, Mr. Parmal Rana and Ankur Vikal played an important role in making this visit successful.
